Quality Control

All our systems go through rigorous quality control steps to insure customer satisfaction.


Under no conditions will your email address be shared or sold to anyone. Personal information will never be disclosed under any circumstances.


  1. Ciengi provides a standard warranty of 1 year from date on your invoice, to the original purchaser for all original hardware components. This warranty excludes software, documentation, system recovery CDs or DVDs, any video DVDs, and similar items. During this warranty period, Ciengi will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective hardware. The defective hardware will be replaced with a new, serviceable used or equivalent part, depending on availability. You will not be charged for labor, parts, or return shipping under this standard warranty. Any defective hardware parts removed from your system will become the property of Ciengi. The replacement of any part does not extend your original standard warranty.
  2. This limited warranty covers normal use only. This warranty does not include damage caused during shipment. (Your computer will be insured for shipment to you, so if damaged in shipment, inquiry must be taken up with shipping company).
  3. The limited warranty does not include:
    1. Damages caused during shipment.
    2. Loss of data retention or data restoration.
    3. Any damages beyond Ciengi's control including (but not limited to) accidents, impacts, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, fluids, lightening or similar disaster, power surges, brown outs, environment, installation or electrical supply or connection to a power source having a different rating than specified by your motherboard or power supply, material unavailability, any natural disasters, acts of war, acts of vandalism (electronic or physical), riots, destruction of property, or acts of God.
    4. Improper maintenance, or any other misuse, abuse or mishandling, or installation attributable in whole or in part.
    5. Routine replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. This includes (but not limited to) fans, lighting and paint finishes, manuals, and CDs or DVDs.
    6. "Tweaking", changing stock clock speeds, will void your warranty.
    7. Unauthorized maintenance, repair, or upgrading will void your warranty if determined as the root of the problem.
    8. Ciengi will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use of the system, loss of related equipment, "down time", purchasers time, or injury to property.
    9. Software, attachments or peripherals.
    10. CIENGI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Ciengi does not accept liability beyond the remedies provided for in the warranty statement or for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including, without limitation, any liability for third party claims. Ciengi's liability will be for no more than the amount you paid for the product, that would be the subject of a claim.
