To obtain service under your warranty

Contact the Technical Support through the information above. Please fill in all information on the form or include the following in an e-mail: Name, Invoice Number, E-mail Address, Phone Number, availible Messenger Services and Screen Names, Subject of submission, any modifications made to the hardware, and the nature of the problem. Someone will contact you and attempt to diagnose your problem by e-mail, IM, or telephone. If technical support determines that you need to return your computer to us, you will be issued a RMA (return authorization) number that will be valid for 15 days. Should you not be able to ship your computer within that time frame, you must contact Ciengi for a new RMA. You must pay for shipping and insurance to us and provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipment for warranty repairs. After receiving your computer, technical support will determine the nature of the problem and advise you of the best solution. Defective parts covered by warranty will be replaced with a similar or equivalent part. Ciengi is not responsible for shipment time for replacement parts, but will expedite the order. Any computer returned to us with hardware that was not installed by Ciengi, that do not match your invoice and that is not stated in the e-mail or form, will be returned to you COD and will void your limited warranty.
